morphe is like fix plus. it hydrates, melts powders and creams into one even layer. the first time i used it on hot summer day in south asia, i was dripping in sweat and each time i dabbed with tissue, some of the makeup transferred. you can still use it between steps but need another spray at the end to lock in like loreal infallible or onesize for example.
