hairdresser here.... for.it to grow quicker, biotin, pumpkin seed oil capsules and believe it or not.... dont scrap it back tight. it will break. use a satin bobble also. my hair has grew soooo much using tape extensions, and having it in a low pony in bed. seriously peri meno hair breakage was HORRENDOUS last year for me. my hairdresser can't believe how much my hair has grew, in 6m, literally 3inches!
