I hate my curly hair. I never feel seen or pretty. I feel the complete opposite and not to mention it kinda make me feel fat. It also doesn’t match my outfits. BUT when I do straighten it, people always compliment me in many different ways but when it’s curly nada. I also hate how society has made straight hair the beauty standard.

I would get approached way more w curly hair. I’d get compliments at the bar and club non stop, they’d stop by and be like I love ur hair! So when I go out it’s the curly hair, it’s a natural power move. At least for me

I want to hug you!! I understand you, but I looooveeee that I’m the only curly headed girl that he’s been with, the amount of commitments I get with my natural hair from my bf and others! I would say to experiment with different curly hairstyles (claw clip, headband) switch it up but still embrace your curls and also curly girl hair outfits IS A THING, some outfits look better with curls rather than a blowout but also remember your aura radiates so if you feel confident and fierce you will attract what you give out to the universe 🫶🫶🫶

I wear my curls pretty much 24/7, save for once or twice a year in the winter. I have for about 18 years. My curls get me so much attention, from men and women. It’s the number one thing I’m complimented on. I think curly hair is so sexy and wild. I *love* people with curly hair. Maybe it’s vanity or slight narcissism haha. But I feel so opposite of this!!

As a curly hair girl, I generally have never noticed this. I think all my exes have dated women with wavy or straight hair, but it’s never made me feel any sort of way. In fact I feel like it makes me even more unforgettable. Because it’s always something that they like about me. So I find it interesting that you feel that way.
