I understand why it’s good to tip sometimes but I don’t understand how people can give bad service in places like restaurants etc; and still expect a tip or service charge. If you want me to pay for service, then provide service that’s actually up to par. I have no shame in removing the service charge and not tipping if the service isn’t good. If it is, I’ll happily pay! 😏
