If you’ve ever worked with me you’ve heard me say it a thousand times— It’s always my first question anytime a new client sits in my chair. It’s broad. It’s general. It doesn’t box you in to only telling me about the service you’re currently in my chair for. There’s a reason for this. For the decade and a half that I’ve been behind the chair I’ve always had one driving mission: to help you resolve whatever issues are currently keeping you from experiencing your dream hair. This is why the most important part of my job will always be tailoring each service to you individually. You tell me what you like about your hair, and (more importantly) what you don’t like. You tell me what you wish your hair looked like, felt like, behaved like.. and I map out a plan to get you there. Sometimes this means customizing color placement or making sure you have the right after care & know how to use it properly. Other times it means discussing extensions, smoothing treatments or even making sure we get you scheduled for that haircut I know you’ve been pathologically avoiding due to that one prior bad experience at another salon (yeah, that’s right— just because I don’t cut hair doesn’t mean I don’t see when you’re hiding from that haircut your ends have been begging for). But no matter what you need, you can count on me to be honest and realistic with you about what is achievable, how fast you can expect to achieve it, and what your overall investment & upkeep will look like.. because your dream hair is all in the details. So take a seat.. and tell me about your hair.
