If I’m not mistake , you’re next step should be to not stretch the arm anymore, or stop activity all together. Being flexible is fine until it isn’t. Our ligaments can only take so much before they lose the ability to do their job. In this case, the ligaments holding the shoulder in place have been stretched so much, you can pull the arm out of the shoulder joint. Next, we need to strengthen the musculature surrounding the shoulder. Muscles also help stabilize joints.
