you can though. If you do FULL BODY every other day, 1 set to failiure per exercise( one or two warmups) and also blast a ton of gear. you'll grow

My lats specifically don’t progress well when I do 2 sets. I reduced it to 1 set and I start progressing faster. I think it’s important for people to experiment on each muscle group.
