I got a question for you. something is draining my lawn mower battery and I can't figure out what it is. My key is always in the off position and the lights are off. The battery is brand new but I have to recharge it every time I want to start the blades.

Me personally, just what you’re doing-inform customer. And set aside. I’d suggest the customer to go buy a running cheap-o off marketplace for the interim-then also keep an eye out for a parts mower if he cares about this unit. Realistically he could post it online as a parts mower too. There’s a bunch of mower junkyards around me. He’s got options-all of them look good since it’s free. If it were mine I would be finding some engine that fits and slap it on there. Free mower plus a few hundred on a used engine and a garage weekend….thats hard to pass up.

My favorite is getting on a mower that smells like pee or has a cracked seat that is wet or no cushion. Had one that I smelled like perfume for the entire day.

so funny cause I used to jump them-with a screwdriver on a two terminals- I look for three things, spark -compression and gas- now you can replace the engine, but it depends how much it is. Because you have to talk about the engine you talk about time to install it.
