@cat_hub_resc: Would You Be a Ray of Hope for Maya 🙏 Maya is a cat we rescued from the streets. After a long time of sharing her story and seeking help, we were finally able to raise about 40% of the treatment cost and take her to the clinic. This was a huge step forward for her, but our fight is not over yet. The vet informed us that Maya is at least 5 to 6 years old and suffering from a serious respiratory infection. She is still partially using one of her legs, and there is hope that it can be strengthened with physical therapy sessions. Sadly, she lost one of her eyes due to a severe infection while on the streets. After her immune system is stabilized, the vet will reevaluate her condition and see what can be done. Maya is currently being treated at home with medications prescribed by the vet. She will also receive three immune-boosting vaccines. Once this process is complete, she will go back for further checkups and additional treatments. However, we are still short of 1600 dollars. We urgently need this support to continue Maya’s veterinary care, medications, physical therapy, and possible further treatments.
