I have a left lateral pelvic tilt i have always shifted my weight towards the right most of my life my left glute is asleep i dont always feel it engaging and also my left hip clicks, I try to do single leg movements to correct the tilt and strengthen my left glute but sometimes I feel like I’m forcing it

This is so real! Once I stopped just focusing on just glute max/med/min, and started focusing on hip mobility plus strengthening the hip flexors with a varied range of exercises, my hips stopped hurting
