Last year, I had a 2300 sqft, one story. One month it was $648. I just moved into a 2100 sqft, one story. This house stays a little cooler I believe but we will see this summer. I’ve never had a $250 bill in the summer 😭

We don’t use our heat very often so we typically don’t give a shit what the summer bill is. AC sits on 74 during the day and 72 a night.

we lived in CG in a 1200 sqft home & we were on a plan so I think we paid a flat rate year-round it wa lke 250 or something a month! We kept ours at 74

CG I’m 1900 square feet and my bill runs around $250 I keep the stat at 78. As a retired HVAC mechanic no they don’t make bank because there’s to many of them

One story house 2080 ft.². My lowest bill is $78 and that’s like for three months when it’s cold outside cause I do not use my heater June and July in August are between $300-$380. Those are not how you spell and then so the norm is between 200 and 280. But the electricity companies keep in creating their rates every year, especially APS. They just went up 14%. we are paying for all those chips centers AI winners. The utilities are using. Also our water went up and our Trapp will be going up for the next three years.

One level 2200 sqft flat roof, our summer bills are close to but less than $200 a month and winter is like $40. We don’t use the heat ever. We also follow the peak times and don’t use big appliances between 3pm/ 6pm. ac set on 78.

Single floor 1400sq/ft 70’s home w/half original windows and poor insulation. Diving pool. $450-$500/mo last summer and $120ish winter. AC set to 78 when outside temp is over 88°. Stove is gas. This year we predict a $500+ mo bill 😭

We have house built in the 80s with original windows. It’s a 1,700 sq foot tri-level too. We pay $500 in the summers and our thermostat is set at 80 during the day and it barely can handle it and night it’s set at 76… summers are miserable for us! Winter we pay $40 bucks
