the mom guilt is mom guilting x a million. we went to the dentist back in january and they said everything looked perfectly fine, had x-rays etc. then a few weeks ago i noticed a tiny little spot on his tooth and was like??? what is that?? made him an appt, took him this morning and now they’re saying there’s enough “spots” to fix, that he would be best to be put to sleep to fix all of them at once. i asked why it wasn’t shown on the x-rays to begin with and they said they only took pics of his front teeth, not the back ones..?? i’m so scared 1. for him to be put to sleep. and 2. to start drilling in his mouth, then it be a neverending cycle. i don’t know how it happened so fast, since 3 months ago he was good to go. and now?? i know they say you can’t fix or remineralize a tooth after it starts getting weak/ getting cavities. but i also, again, don’t trust big pharma quite literally at all. so if there is ANYTHING you’ve seen, any products you’ve seen promoted, anything, lmk!! i’m willing to try anything but i also don’t need to wait too long before letting them just fix them either bc i don’t want anything to get worse. oh and no dental insurance so i live laugh love life rn 😆😆
