Even if this was not intentional it doesnt take away the fact that an 8 year old was left by themselves. It is the parent's responsibility to keep track of their kids at all times. So many bad things could have happened. This is why she is being charged. The cops did a great job. They see stuff like this all the time where it turns out bad for the kids. Accident or Intentional =same result
