I was very sick when this all happened. So, I never went to court for speeding infraction out of UT county, they have a warrant out for my arrest, DMV has now sent me a letter saying my license is going to be suspended. 😳 I was not wanting to deal with anything in court and so I talked to a mentor, who told me to send the court and Attorney General a Rescission notice(after missing court) Also I wrote on the speeding ticket "REFUSAL FOR CAUSE - NO LIABILTY - WITHOUT RECOURSE". I got a letter from the court saying all the info about the warrant, but there was not a signature or a raised seal. I sent a "NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST" - NOTICE TO PRINIPLE IS NOTICE TO AGENT. NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPLE - I have not received anything else.. Its been almost another 3 month.. Dec 9th 2025 is when I got the infractions. Let me know what you think about these steps? I do not want to go to court or pay a fine I shouldn't have to pay for. Warrant still active, but I have not received anything from the DMV saying my license is suspended.. I'm still confused and don't understand most of this cause I am still learning. 😏
