I'm not sold on the owl theory for one reason. Sure it sounds good, but I'm no expert. When I approach a case I want to hear the defense argument, AND the prosecutor rebuttal. I never got that, so I'm not going to take the word of someone throwing everything at the wall to make their client innocent. I'll say, Michael does give me the ick, but him giving me that wouldn't make me not hear out both sides.
