I ended my 6yr relationship.. I’ve been struggling with healing my heart.. but I’ve been asking my spirit to help me through this.. I feel like I needed to do this.. I just hate the up and down of letting love or what seemed to let that love go., the energy around him seemed so heavy in my home.. the heaviness is gone.. but it’s the emotional loss that is what I’m working through.. I just knew I had to love myself first.. so Im trying to grow for me.. I’m so glad I stumbled across you .. it only makes me feel that I made the right decision.. I just to be at the place where grieving stop and my inner strength focusing on myself without feeling selfish.. I know I’m rambling.. but I do know that I can breathe now and be me
