Yall do single leg squats I do multiple sets, I saw it on TikTok from the Olympics she’s a speed skater) and I lifted my butt in two weeks I’m not joking. I did those workouts everyday with cardio 5/6 days a week.

Lots of people talking about their knees, I have arthritis and since I have committed to going to the working out back in September, my inflammation is down tremendously and I barely have a flareup. The reason why your knees hurt is because you’re not moving enough.

The best form for squats is to not let your knees pass your ankles a lot. It puts a lot of strain on your knees
