Our Demands: Strict Conduct Ordinances: Implement rules that prohibit "unreasonable disruption" of government business, allowing officials to trespass individuals who use profanity or "fighting words" toward staff. Privacy Buffer Zones: Establish 20-foot "no-filming" buffers around service counters where private citizen data is handled. Employee Protection Policies: Formally classify "targeted verbal provocation for profit" as a form of workplace harassment, giving managers the legal grounds to remove disruptive individuals. Clearly Marked Non-Public Areas: Ensure all employee-only and sensitive zones are clearly marked and secured to prevent "auditors" from wandering into restricted spaces.
