I used to play League of Legends and stopped nen I got to diamond 4 and realized I actually had to study the game to climb higher. I rather put that effort into something tangible. But basically the take away is reps alone don't make you Challenger you have to use the proven methods.

As you said, instead of playing a video game over and over you can watch videos and learn from pros on how to get better. The next step would be to do VOD reviews which is too boring for many players. In life, learning from other successful people seems obvious but what’s the next step? What is the equivalent of a VOD review for life?
