I have them in my front garden, have never dug them up at the end of the season. I just cut them back and they come back each year. been like that for over 5 years! in fact the plant apears to have split as a second plant came up a couple of years ago!

I think I’m messed up, I planted my tubers a couple of months ago, no growth at all. They are in pots. The tuber is poking out the soil as well. Hoping for the best

I disagree I live in Northamptonshire and I’ve planted mine in the middle of my garden cover over with the bush I’ve cut from them and leave in ground aver winter and they do just fine just one of mine left in the ground that one was last summer

I pinched out the tips of my dahlias and planted them on with rooting mix. How do I manage them at the end of the year, as tubers wouldn’t have grown by then, I assume?
