@kylietav: I get with Butlins you expect basic but we choose to pay more for the comfort apartment with full kitchen & living room, the ants are disgusting woke up day two covered in bites 😫 stains on bedding, sofa and carpets, crumbs and brown stuff all over the floors. The oven didn’t work and no trays maintenance had to come out. trying to just get out of the apartment early and into the resort as Luca is so excited for the masked singer and wrestling! Spent £45 on a food shop and don’t want to cook in there. Complained and they just come out sprayed a basic ant spray and brought oven trays. Took us over an hour to get through to guest services both time so seems a lot of complaints. No faults on the resort we absolutely love all the entertainment, park ect but the stains and ants are too much 😫🙈 #butlins #mineheadbutlins #familyholiday #honestreview #easterholiday

did you go this weekend just gone? I was there and the app said the diner was going to be open and it was closed which caused queues everywhere for food was also on the phone to guest services and they had no clue either what was going on

Our new apartment is still not the best radiator hanging off wall don’t work and the pans havnt been cleaned hanging been buying food out they told me to enjoy our stay and email complaint when home shocked at the customer service

we're here now, exactly the same problem with ants. Phoned multiple times to guest services, asked to move rooms even requested to pay for upgrades. couldn't move us, asked us to leave accommodation for 2 hours whilst they sprayed. ants still here.
