youre removing studs... double nut that shit thread 2 nuts on and the inner one when you start backing it off it will hit the 2nd nut and lock itself on which will remove the stud..

Got mine from Amazon but damn did it work well. It squeezed the one exhaust manifold bolt so bad it left perfect V imprints.
