Yamaha R3 gets its custom brakes and heated grips wired up. I recently installed a left hand rear brake master cylinder, and ran the fluid through. Today the brake lights get wired up, as well as the heated grips. The manual on the grips says to wire it to the battery. That's very doable, and easy. But that can drain the battery if the grips are left on when the engine is off. These particular grips detect battery voltage, and if the battery is too low, for too long, the grips shut off in order to help prevent the battery from draining. However, I had the fuel tank and airbox off when I was running the brake line through the bike. So I had easy access to all the wiring, making it easier to wire the grips in such a way that they shut off with the key. Thus preventing any battery drainage. Jobs like this, it's necessary to test drive the bike and ensure all the functions are working perfectly. Brakes are critical. That will have to wait for another day. În timp ce tu ai sechestrat ţara asta în mintea ta încâlcită, economia se prăbuşeşte de prea mult bine bolojanist. În timpul ăsta foarte ocupat se întâmplă lucruri... Pactul pentru migraţie, intrat în vigoare la 12 iunie, obligă România la plata unei amenzi de 20.000 euro/migrant refuzat... Cum deficitul este în floare, se pare că n-o să refuzăm pe nimeni (indiferent de cazierul lor...). PS: Şahistul mascat se cere suspendat chiar de penelei şi userei...
