Honestly, I don’t care what anyone says about SIA cabin crew, they are truly some of the most amazing people. Their service consistently goes above and beyond. I remember a time when my sister, who is plus-sized, needed a seatbelt extender. We were honestly quite nervous to ask, worried about being judged or causing inconvenience, especially since the flight was full. But the stewardess was incredibly kind and handled it with such professionalism and zero judgment. She even personally helped my sister with the extender, which meant so much to us. That small act of kindness made our entire day. It’s moments like these that truly reflect the warmth and excellence of Singapore Airlines cabin crew. You are the best. ✨

On a recent flight I took with Singapore Airlines, I had an experience with one of the flight attendants that made me feel quite uncomfortable. After boarding, I asked politely for help placing my carry-on bag in the overhead compartment because it was a bit heavy for me. The attendant responded in a dismissive way and seemed irritated that I asked for assistance, which surprised me because I expected a more professional response. Later during the meal service, I noticed that I was given the wrong beverage. When I politely asked if it could be changed, the attendant reacted with visible annoyance and made a remark suggesting I should have been clearer earlier. The tone felt sarcastic and it made the situation awkward, especially since other passengers nearby noticed the exchange. For the rest of the flight, I felt like the attendant avoided assisting me whenever I tried to get their attention, which made me hesitant to ask for anything else. While the other crew members were professional and courteous, that particular interaction left me feeling disappointed because Singapore Airlines is known for providing excellent service. Because of this experience, I felt it was important to share my feedback so the airline can look into the matter and maintain the high level of service they are known for.

a couple years ago, it was my birthday and the cabin crew surprised me right after I woke e up😳😅 (my mom told them) and I got a dessert!! I was so happy!! I def will go on Singapore airlines anytime I can next time!!

I love the Singapore Airlines uniform 😍 re the snack boxes we use them on charter flights were only limited food is provided at a cost. With snack boxes you are guaranteed what you want to eat! Would never consider it on a scheduled airline 😁
