Most people think adjusting the way you speak is being fake. I think it’s growth. Learning how to use your voice, tone, and delivery depending on who you’re talking to is part of mastering communication. It’s still you ,just expressed more clearly and intentionally. Because communication is not only about having the right message, but also knowing how to deliver it in a way people can truly understand. A good message delivered poorly can still be misunderstood. That’s why learning to adapt your communication is a skill, not being fake.

This is so amazing especially the part where you made her realize we are multidimensional as humans. There's no particular person one is, we are only a result of the extent we've exposed ourselves to. Meaning we are capable of much more when growth happens. I've been using this strategy for brand visual development, a lot of owners feel their brand has to plant its feet in one dimension but in reality brands as humans evolve. Thank you for this great teaching sir.

As a Language teacher, I love how I could add this to my Purposive and Effective Communication class ☺️tone in language speaks multitude of interpretations in different contexts. Explore the unfamiliar, melodies in language is a good symbolism 🤍
