I’m also trans, but I don’t understand why the reaction because how did the coworker know it was him? No names or anything were put out. The coworker could speculate all they wanted but the couldn’t prove it was him you were talking about. I’m not sure why he was this upset. I could understand being upset that you didn’t tell him you made videos about you two but again there was no personal information shared. No one knew names, addresses, etc. I mea knew what they did for work and where yall went but could have been someone else still

As a trans man, watching your previous videos was incredibly validating and reminded me a lot of my amazing and super supportive wife. We need more people like you advocating in the world. I understand that he felt outed, but he should have been more upfront with you about that knowing that content creation is a huge part of our culture now. I’m sure if he had told you up front like “hey I’m stealth so like I would appreciate you keeping that in mind when talking about me,” you would have done this differently. So keep on doing what you’re doing, I’m sure you’ll find another trans man who appreciates the hype!

I get what you’re saying completely but you should’ve asked to share what happens in private before posting anything and if the video is about him and he feels uncomfortable with the video being up that’s okay he shouldn’t have said what he did and i mean it’s good you apologised but if he wants to keep what happens private between you two you should respect that
