I just finished first year in meche and trying to come up with a unique personal project. I originally thought of a robot arm but it’s too common. I have a cnc mill plan as a possibility, but what I’m mainly thinking of is 3d printing something to release certain amounts of water when the time is right using a soil moisture sensor, while also having repellent released when motion is detected from bugs using a PIR sensor. This won’t be my starting project though, but I understand every part from tinkercad simulations. You think this could stand out?
