RUBBING ALCOHOL!!! Cotton ball, blot don’t rub, and keep doing it until it completely transfers, then wash and dry. Worked on my lavender scrubs even after I had washed/dried!)

the goof off ink spray! it’s a yellow bottle and you can buy it at home depot!

If it’s ink stains use some cheap hairspray, spray it on there til it runs and make sure to wash on cold and keep repeating til it washes out!

use hairspray! i got pen on my royal blue figs and it came out using some cheap hairspray until it runs a little and then washing and repeating. it def took a little patience but it worked!!
