I asked ChatGPT to tell me the main points. I don’t have the ability to sit still and read. At 60, I have already learned to incorporate all of ur GREAT ideas. I have one huge final problem. I can only hold a job 3 months when it requires being around the same people everyday. I can do Uber, because I’m not around the same people. After 3 months I get the nervous shits. Maybe u 2 can address this. I have a university master’s degree in behavior & psychology. Trying to understand myself. TY

I read the first half of it last night. couldn't put it down. I can hear your voices in it. it's such an easy read too. feels like just hanging out, having a deep conversation with friends. the subtitle was perfect. it's the most "you".

hear me out, how do yall with ADHD read books? I struggle with the attention span to read books, anyone else with ADHD read the first part, skip to the end, realize it makes no sense, go back to the middle of it to check to see where you got lost, and then cant understand any of it then just walk away?
