It is basically a new brand ,but if they changed the name as well they would have not gained this attention they have now ,so they decided to leave the “Jaguar” name ,to milk it and change the logo … without the “leaping cat” what is even the point of calling yourself “Jaguar “ . They destroyed a legendary brand in order to appeal to a generation that cannot even afford a 150k car

I grew up watching Top Gear and dreaming of owning a Jaguar one day. It felt like everyone had a grandparent that owned a Jag. It meant class, power, legacy. You’ve completely lost that. This isn’t evolution… it’s destruction!

Jaguar have had a major change in design language at least 3 times in my lifetime. Each time it was a great success and I.ve no doubt this will be the same. Great design is brave and world leading ! I can’t wait to see it even if I can’t afford it. I might bluff a cheeky test drive !!!🥰
