I don't even have any idea how they would revive Pompey, they have SO MUCH power to make Billy REAAAALLY good in his past development and as a character overall. Everything is in their hands, if they won't tuck or shove him down because of upcoming characters or Promeia

Also Billy is an old civilization combat machine. We can get lore about how the world was before the hollow disaster and how it started. We do know there was a massive war prior to the emergence of hollows I want more details on that war.

In 2.6 I had an idea that Youkai would continue his smearing of intelligent constructs and would effect Billy in some way. I doubt it would happen after seeing 2.7, but would be interesting to see if Youkai does something in the story

I've had a theory. His left arm is badly damaged in a fight with a former Void Hunter who tried to kill the SoC as well as the Proxy. He obviously wins this fight and kills the former VH after going serious one last time, but the armour plating on that arm was destroyed beyond repair. So he had new plating made and added all sorts of cosmetic changes to the rest of his body, fusing his past and present together while still hiding his power.

Let's all be realistic here. People really think that hoyo is going to shoehorn a voidhunter level character at the very end of 2.x and right before their big anniversary patch? I really don't understand how yall can think that Billy can even compare to full fledged voidhunters. He got toyed with by Ramiel, she literally disintegrated one of his precious pistols without even trying (hence why he has a arm cannon now.) Don't even get me started on Ye shunguan. She deadass has a sword that contains two forces capable of obliterating the planet bruv.
