@sayragm__: Been seeing this and needed to recreate it 😛 Recipe: • Wash, peel, & cube up your sweet potatoes. Season with your favorite seasonings and bake at 425 for 25 mins • Roast some corn in a pan then add mayo, lime, chopped jalapeños, cilantro, & some cojita cheese. I seasoned this with salt, garlic powder, and paprika! • Cook 1lb of lean ground beef and season to your liking. • Assemble and enjoy 😋 #streetcornbowl #sweetpotatobowl #highproteinmeals #easydinnerideas #quickdinnerideas

We added an avocado to ours on the side and used Kinders Hot Honey Glaze….. 🤤 so so good!!! Also, Trader Joe’s has a “everything but the elote” seasoning that I highly recommend!!
