If you happened to buy this with an American Express card, get American Express involved. Because what you were sold was clearly damaged or otherwise defective. AMEX is amazing with getting refunds for customers.

I absolutely love their designs but the fabric should be upgraded. My $250 top has a hole it in after two wears. My Zara clothes lasts 100x longer lol

Not insane at all to be upset, I would cry too. 350$ is a lot of money and when you take the time to invest in things you expect them to last! I’m so sorry girl. Companies have gotten so greedy and so many people are already struggling and when they do purchase something like this it’s a splurge so this feels like such a slap in the face. I’m sad for you ❤️🩹
