1st. It’s a write off for the company, 2nd rates are approved by the DOI, 3rd travelers is a stock company. They can’t get away with wasting funds. It’s a fiduciary responsibility.

Literally every corporation does this for their sales organization to incentivize selling their products. Want to get in on it? Start selling insurance, financial products or literally anything else. But you have to be one of the best!
