that's not for me. 🥲 it cant relieved my pain. cold bath can. especially when i soak for atleast 30mins or more with continuously flowing on my head. 😁

i use painkiller gel like( move ) or (dicloran) it helps to minimize the intensity of pain

I cant put anything on my skin when I have a migraine it makes me want to rip my skin off I feel so sensitive to touch the slightest thing irritates.

Triptane wirken akut gut! Aber ganz wichtig sind Histamin Senker😳 weil die Serotonin Rezeptoren von Histamin blockiert werden und dann kommen Schmerzen und Übelkeit. Übelkeit ist ganz typisch für Histamin induziertes Serotonin Syndrom. Nimm auch noch L-Tryptophan. Weil wenn du Serotonin Syndrom hast (Augenstechen und Übelkeit) braucht dein Gehirn das ganze L-Tryptophan auf. 🥰😁
