how do you empty the dehumidifier tank, I have been getting 03-EH it says in manual tank is full to empty, but not 1 thing in the manual about how to drain, cap is unplugged, drain tube in place clearly im missing a step cause no water is coming out had unit 2 months

You can not remove the black top piece. After some fiddling, it’s very hard. Please let me know if you have questions
