highest i ever reached was gold..id occasionally get a free water bottle and got a 15 dollars credit to their cafe shop at least 4 separate occasions out of the +120 nights that I built up in a 2 year span after I gave up on Hilton

Biggest down side is no more rollover nights. I’ll spend 65-75 nights a year but won’t hit $18k in spend. All those extra nights go to waste now.

I just got a free upgrade for the Hilton in Rio de jenero... I just had to ask after booking. I find that my diamond status gets me free international upgrades, but rarely within the USA. I could be staying at a half empty hotel, and I still won't be offered an upgrade, sooooo annoying.

Been Diamond for YEARS. Don’t really get the benefit of Reserve (i almost NEVER need to check out that late). Just a way to knock down my status. NO. NOT HAPPY. ACTUALLY PRETTY PISSED!!!

Diamond - I also do not get upgraded. Most Florida hotels just offer snack and water. If you get the food credit - you end up getting taxed - which really puts you over. Also, check in the bathrooms. Every bathroom has mold - especially under all the soap dish. Hilton needs to do better. We travel a ton and we have just had dirty floors, dirty bathrooms and the perks are worth it.
