Had a seller like this today, if this is from property leads or inbound you need to mirror them. “I didn’t call you of the blue you requested to speak to us. If you want to sell tell me how much you’re looking to get and I’ll see if I can make it work” or I say “I don’t know anything about the property. I can guarantee the offer I throw out is not more than what you have in your head, so tell me how much you’re asking” then I go into the sales process. Lemme call her lol

if you pay attention she closed herself for you the minute she said she just wanted a price you should have gave it to her. assume the sale and assume the close. I can understand that you trying to build the value of the price that you're trying to offer but when you dealing with people like that when they ask you for the price they're closing themselves for you you went back into asking questions about the roof which was valid but she was ready to be closed from her own words. nevertheless Big ups to y'all meaning you and your brother. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
