@hannahsykesburch: chicken fried rice is one of my fav comfort meals — & this one takes less than 10 min 😌 recipe: in a pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tsp sesame oil + 1 tsp olive oil. cut ½ lb chicken into small cubes, add to pan, season with salt + pepper, and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned push chicken to one side of the pan. add 1 cup frozen peas + carrots and 2 tsp minced garlic (or a sprinkle of garlic powder). cook until veggies are warmed through. push everything to the side and crack in 2 eggs. scramble in the pan until fully cooked. mix everything together in the pan. add 2 cups day-old cooked white rice (or use fresh rice that’s been chilled uncovered for about 1 hour). break up any clumps and stir to combine. stir-fry until everything is heated through, then add 4 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce. mix well and enjoy! #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #healthyrecipe #lunchideas #recipes
