It does not allow the butterfly to open up past 20%, so regardless of how much you hit the throttle, the throttle blade will only open up 20% to keep from causing any further damage to engine

Where are y'all I need to bring you my 08 Seabring convertible I press the gas and it just doesn't want to go like it should, I have had 4 or 5 sancers replaced it will work for maybe 1 or two weeks and it goes back to the same I have googled it it says all 6 spark plugs need replaced no one will do it

This valve is used when the throttlebody is not responsive, it raises the rpm to 2200 so you can drive on the Trailer
