@_choiboy: I haven’t been to Koreatown in many years, so there was no way I was leaving without trying what they’re bbq tastes like, and I heard good things about Hae Jang Chon. Their stone grill was what stood out to me, as I have never had that type of cooking at an ayce place. For sure every meat I had tasted really dank, and the smoky juicy flavors were packed in every bite. And shoutout to James he was awesome!
