Horchata Ingredients: ¼ cup uncooked rice ½ cinnamon stick ½ whole star anise 1 tbsp almonds ½ cup warm water ¼ can condensed milk 1 cup whole milk Directions: In a pan on medium-low heat, add the rice, cinnamon, and anise, then cook until lightly toasted To a bowl, add the rice mixture and almonds, then soak in boiling water for at least 4 hours Blend the rice mixture until mostly smooth, then pour into a cheesecloth and wring it out, so that you were left with only the liquid To the liquids, whisk in the condensed milk and whole milk, then serve with cinnamon on top Enjoy!! #horchata #horchatarecipes #trendingfoods #viralrecipes
