Also get yourself checked. I thought my chronic hip/pelvic pain was caused after the death of my mum and tried so many things over 4 years, therapy, stretching and strengthening. Eventually had scans as I got no relief. Turned out I hard severe osteoarthritis and I’m currently 8 weeks post total hip replacement 🥰 I’m 46.
