I always travel on cruises, but I never travel during peak season, in the middle of school holidays, because all the families travel at that time. From June to August, it's always crowded everywhere, not just on cruises. I always travel in May or late August and in September. It's still warm, there aren't huge lines for anything, although there are still many people on the cruises. I've never experienced this chaos when I travel outside of peak season. Not to mention that all-inclusive packages are much cheaper.
