I see that all the time. I use seu but when I install it I actually use rtv silicone from granite city and stuff the shit out of the weather head, the w/p connector at the top of the meter socket, and even the the ser into the house. everyone has their way. Keep up the good work. Be Safe

Ok honest question. 200amp panel on a 150amp service BUT the generator automatic transfer switch is 200amp. So. 200 amp service on 150amp, yay or nay? And yes it has 4/0 wire currrently.

my house had the same issue. luckily I was using from a 150 to 200 panel to. but had to replace everything cuz water got down past my meter but not into my panel luckily.

How we’ve gotten this far with code and yet this is still a legal install blows my mind. Can’t get an oven to work on a GFCI required breaker, but I can install a rain gutter directly into my meter socket. 😂😂 I appreciate the job security though.
