Dumb Dinners, Episode 24: Feta Melt Pasta Bake What you’ll need: 12 oz short pasta (rigatoni or penne) 3 cups chicken broth 1 lb pre-cooked Italian sausage, sliced or crumbled 12 oz roasted red peppers, drained + roughly chopped 1 (8 oz) block feta 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4–1/3 cup heavy cream Fresh basil to finish How to make it: Preheat oven to 400°F Add pasta, broth, olive oil, and seasonings to a 9x13 dish. Stir to combine. Stir in sausage and roasted red peppers Place feta block in the center. Don’t stir.
