Mine use to come out just like that. I started printing everything on a 2 layer raft. havent needed to sand since. It got rode of the individual strand on bottom too. doesnt use much filament and only increases the print by 20 or 30 minutes.

Just use bondo and filler primer for the bottom surfaces, the textured sides really won’t be noticeable and if they are you need to adjust your printer settings because that’s wrong
