Just saying we can imagine something that doesn’t end, isn’t really accurate. We can imagine extremely vague approximations of some limited basic concrete things and then we can attempt very crude and ambiguous combinations of them… but we can’t really have anything remotely close to a coherent imagine of an existing infinity.

infinities cut into segments seem unrealistic but the pond that freezes exponentially might take a million years to freeze halfway but only takes one day to freeze over the rest. that seems quite real.

- time is infinite 👍👍 - space is not finite 🙁👎 the correct answer is with the way we view the universe, we are bound to the light coming from the edge of the observable universe, the space beyond that is a territory that we humans can't imagine, but we can speculate.. + space/time is expanding, if not infinity, i don't know what is !!
