Being honest this isn’t a good advice for growing your hair your hair naturally produces oils so shampooing it every week is stripping your scalp of natural oil mainly use conditioner every week if your using oils and heavy products as you don’t want to have try scalp then every month you’ll do a deep wash to deal with build up and deep conditioning applying heat will cause breakage unless you are using a heat protector I’ve been growing my hair for 2 years now and I’ve learned some stuff now my hair is passing my shoulders so it will be around 11 to 12 inches long and that’s without blow out as I have shrinkage it’s probably longer than that and I have a mixture of 4c and 3a as it’s from genetics so it difficult to find a good routine so sometimes going natural is just the best option
