Allure South Park was one of my favorite places I lived! Spacious 1 beds with standing showers separated from a soaker spa tub, big closets, down the street from South Park mall. Very nice grill, courtesy of yard areas on property.

Dilworth is a nice area. I checked out radius before they were open. I love the view of uptown from their tower but a 1BR (700sq ft) is going for $2k on the 26th floor
